1. Add licenses

Under My Account, select the ‘Licenses’ and you’ll see a button ‘Add License’.

You’ll then get a screen where you can add key details and upload an image.

Get your team and contractors to add their licenses to their accounts so you can easily keep track and share.

2. Add white card

Under MY Account, select ‘White card’ and you’ll see a button ‘Add White card’.

You’ll then get a screen where you can add key details and upload an image.

3. Add insurances

Under Business Admin, select ‘Insurances’ and you’ll see a button ‘Add Your First Insurance Policy’.

You’ll then get a screen where you can add key details including the Insurance Type and Policy Number.

You can also upload your insurance document.

Get your contractors to add their insurances to their account so you can easily keep track.

4. Share with clients 

Now you have your licenses and insurances stored, you can securely share them with clients by sharing your Business Page.

Click on the Business Page tab at the bottom of the navigation. This will take you to your page. 

People can only find this page if they have the link, so if you want to make it easily accessible add it to your website.
