Copy an old SWMS
How to create a SWMS from one of your existing documents.
1. Add document
From the Documents tab, select the ‘Add’ button to create a new SWMS document.
2. Choose doc
Add a Document Name, then select one of your existing documents from the drop down menu.
3. Customise
You now have a new SWMS document with all sections pre-filled from your old doc. You should update any relevant data relevant to the client or job.
You may need to consult any relevant workers if they’re unfamiliar with and specific details.
