1. Add team members

Under the Team tab, select the ‘Invite Member’ button.

Add their name, email and role. They will get an email asking them to ‘Accept’ the invitation, then they will be visible on your team.

You can give access just to documents that you share with them, edit access to all docs on your account, or full admin of your account.

2. Share team licenses with clients

If you need to share your team licenses with clients that’s easy. They are visible on your Business Profile page.

Just send your client a link to that page and they can see names, licenses, expiry dates and can view copies.

This is a private page that can’t be found on Google. The only way to find it is from your account, or if you send it to someone.

3. Add team to SWMS

The easiest way to add people to your SWMS register is from your Team.

Go to the register and select ‘Add from team members’. Then simply check the box next to members you want to add.

Their name and role are added to the SWMS.

You can also now easily send them a request for signature without having to add their email again.
